Pool Business and Enterprise College takes pride in the wealth of community projects that our students are involved in that effect the local community. It is also very important that our students are aware of life elsewhere in the UK and we have established twinning partnerships with schools. One of our partnership schools is Leasowes Business and Enterprise College in Halesowen, West Midlands. The college has the same specialism but offers students the ability to understand different faiths, cultures and financial challenges in inner city urban environments. Their website is http://www.leasowes.dudley.gov.uk/index.shtml
![]() In addition, we have also desinged our KS3 enterprise days to reflect the opportunities that are both in Cornwall but also are available across the UK. Year 7 therefore take part in our Cornish Day, which takes place on St Piran's Day and then in Year 8 take part in "UK Day" where they investigate the cultures, accents, jobs, traditions, financial costs of living in all the other UK regions.
